In the industry for over 10 years, Caitlyn has trained and got her education under some of the best stylists. Starting her career she did extensive cutting programs with Vidal Sassoon. Bringing her to work in photoshoots and fashion shows, such as Harpers Bazaar, Gap, LA Fashion Week, to name a few. When she was 19 she moved to LA to pursue her hair dreams. Working at two of the best salons in LA. Then later becoming a brand ambassador for Kerastase, she taught in salon education on the product line as well as styling and color education for new stylists and assistants. Later getting L’Oreal balayage certified she started to find her passion in textured cuts and lived in color. The effortless look of natural color mimicking a childs hair in the sun. After much continuous education Caitlyn moved to Arizona to continue her love for hair leading her to open Honey & Ash Salon.
